Overview
Screen products can be used on a variety of surfaces such as hardwood floors, natural stone surfaces, and concrete. They may be used wet or dry and are recommended for use on low speed machines which operate at 175 -C 350 RPM. The uniform open mesh construction of our screen products combined with our superior coating and bonding technologies, helps produce an exceptional finished product with long life and better performance.
- 100% patented ceramic alumina grain on a screen back combines the longest life with the most consistent cut and finish over the life of the screen
- Tough F-weight screen backing is extremely flexible and shock absorbent for extreme conditions
- Produces a finer scratch pattern than silicon carbide, minimizing swirl marks; eliminate the risk of burnishing the wood
- Best choice for medium grit sanding jobs with 2-3 times the life of silicon carbide discs
- 100-150 grit recommended for light de-nibbling and cleaning between coats of finish
- Also available in 80 100 120 180 and 220 Grit
